Responsibilities

During this program, you will:

- Generate quotes for new licenses and renewals
- Provide customer support to internal clients
- Manage invoicing and purchase orders follow up
- Follow up collection
- Learn the usage of the company´s CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Update the company CRM with sales opportunities, new accounts, licenses transfers and contact information
- Participate in daily meetings with the Operations team
- Support other departments in their activities
- Carry out other related tasks

Qualifications

- Candidate must be a recent graduate of a bachelor´s degree in administration, accounting, international business or similar field
- Demonstrate analytical, organization and attention to detail skills
- Candidate must be familiar with Office 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
- Possess great customer service skills
- The candidate must be able to engage in English-based conversations without difficulty
