We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team as a remote contractor. You'll work across the full stack, building and maintaining scalable web applications with a modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define technical requirements
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical planning
- Communicate effectively with a distributed, English-speaking team
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD workflows
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) — required for daily communication with the team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a remote, async-friendly environment
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Familiarity with Docker/containerized environments
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.)
