Execute Talent Programs The role executes talent management program activities following established procedures. It completes assigned tasks accurately and within timelines. This supports program delivery.





- Support Training Delivery The role supports training session logistics and participant coordination. It prepares materials and ensures facilities are ready. This enables effective learning experiences.
- Maintain Program Records The role maintains accurate records for talent development programs. It updates systems and files documentation. This supports compliance and reporting.
- Assist with Data Collection The role assists with collecting and organizing talent data for analysis. It ensures data accuracy and completeness. This supports program evaluation.
- Coordinate Communications The role coordinates routine communications regarding talent programs. It responds to basic inquiries and escalates complex issues. This maintains stakeholder engagement.
