Demant in the Tijuana site seeks an EHS & Maintenance Manager to lead the Safety, Health, Environment and Security programs and maintenance operations. You will collaborate with Integral Operations and report to the Site General Manager.
The role requires 5+ years in related management, bilingual Spanish/English, and a strong knowledge of maintenance and EH&S; compliance. You will oversee budgeting, vendor selections, and regulatory adherence to improve safety and efficiency.
