Key Requirements
Language Proficiency C1 English level advanced fluent.
Experience Minimum of 4 years of teaching experience preferably with young learners.
Education Bachelors degree preferably in Education, ELT, Pedagogy, or related fields.
Certifications English Teaching Certification e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent.
Pedagogical Skills Strong classroom management skills and expertise in lesson plan design.
Methodology Tech Knowledge of ICT Information and Communication Technologies and active learning methodologies.
Interpersonal Skills Dynamic approach with active, effective communication skills.
Work Ethic Strong commitment, reliability, and a collaborative teamplayer mindset.
