We are looking for a Risk Management Task Force. This is a temporary sixmonth projectbased position focused on purchasing, sourcing, and supplier management activities for critical electronic components, ensuring supply continuity, competitive commercial conditions, and risk mitigation through the development of alternative sources.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop suppliers for critical electronic components.
Search for and evaluate alternative sources of supply to mitigate supply risks.
Request, analyze, and compare supplier quotations.
Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and delivery times.
Monitor purchase orders and supplier delivery dates to ensure timely supply.
Follow up on component availability and potential supply risks.
Prepare and maintain management reports related to supplier and supply status.
Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Logistics teams.
Prioritize critical requirements and respond effectively to urgent supply needs.
Qualifications and Experience Required




Bachelors degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Mechatronic Engineering.
Experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain.
Preferably experience with electronic components or the electronics manufacturing industry.
SAP Intermediate level.
Excel Intermediate level.
English B1B2.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
High sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
