Role Summary
As a Bilingual Medical Interpreter, you will serve as the essential communication bridge between Spanishspeaking patients and Englishspeaking healthcare professionals, law offices, and public service providers in the United States.
No prior interpretation experience required We provide full paid training to equip you with all the skills and specialized medical vocabulary needed to succeed.
What We Offer Benefits Compensation
Total Monthly Compensation Earn up to 14,850 MXN month Base salary performance remote allowances.
Guaranteed Salary Increase Earn up to 15,960 MXN month after 6 months in production
100 Home Office from Day 1 Work safely from home anywhere in Michoacan.
Paid Virtual Training Monday to Friday, 700 AM to 400 PM.
Fixed Work Schedule Guaranteed fixed shifts 35 to 46 hours week with 1 or 2 fixed days off per week.
Performance Bonus Up to 10 of base salary.

Requirements
Location Must reside within the Michoacan State You can apply from anywhere in Michoacan.
Language Proficiency Advanced to NearNative English B2 C1 level with strong conversational fluency, rich vocabulary, and native Spanish.
Experience 0 experience required High school diploma Bachillerato required.
Schedule Availability Fulltime availability for training MonFri 700 AM 400 PM and operational flexibility for assigned fixed shifts may include weekend days.
Computer Equipment Your own Desktop PC, Laptop, or Mac with a working webcam.
Headset Quality headset with an integrated microphone.
