LATAM SPANISH – CONVERSION AGENTS Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Conversion Agent in the FX industry
Proven sales performance and target achievement
Strong closing and negotiation skills
Experience handling warm leads and converting clients
Professional communication skills
Results-driven and commercially minded
LATAM SPANISH – RETENTION AGENTS Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Retention Agent in the FX industry
Proven retention and revenue performance
Strong client management and negotiation skills
Experience managing an existing client portfolio
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
Results-driven approach
PORTUGUESE – CONVERSION AGENTS Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Conversion Agent in the FX industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets




Strong conversion and closing skills
Experience working with leads and converting clients
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
PORTUGUESE – RETENTION AGENTS Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Retention Agent in the FX industry
Proven track record in client retention and revenue generation
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Experience managing an active client portfolio
Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
