Join a dynamic Finance Transformation team where you will help shape how Finance operates through process transformation, technology adoption, automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting the dots between Finance, business processes, data, and technology. You will work in an evolving environment, helping bring structure to complex processes, identify root causes behind financial and operational challenges, and translate business needs into scalable digital solutions. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Digital Factory, IT, Data, and Operations teams, supporting initiatives across the U.S. services scope and helping Finance successfully adopt new systems, ERP solutions, analytics capabilities, and emerging AI technologies. We are looking for someone who is comfortable operating in an environment where not everything is fully defined yet, and who can take a problem from Point A to Point B by creating clarity, structure, and an actionable transformation roadmap. Key Responsibilities Lead and support Finance Transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and optimize financial processes. Analyze financial and operational processes to identify root causes, margin drivers, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Translate complex or unstructured business challenges into clear processes, requirements, solutions, and implementation plans. Support the adoption and implementation of new ERP systems and digital platforms, including change management, process alignment, and user adoption. Partner closely with Finance, Digital Factory, IT, Data, and Operations teams to design and implement scalable solutions. Develop and improve analytics, reporting, dashboards, data models, and digital solutions using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Power Platform, Databricks, and Microsoft Copilot. Identify opportunities to incorporate AI and emerging technologies into Finance processes and workflows. Improve data governance, reporting standards, process documentation, and controls to create sustainable ways of working. Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate collaboration across teams, especially when navigating processes with limited existing structure or documentation. Support Finance teams in understanding the business drivers behind financial performance and identifying where process, system, or data improvements are needed. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Solid understanding of Finance concepts and financial processes,



with the ability to understand how operational and process issues can impact financial performance and margins. Experience in one or more of the following areas: Finance Transformation Digital Transformation ERP implementation or adoption Process Excellence / Continuous Improvement Data Analytics Automation Strong experience working with new system adoption and change initiatives, preferably involving ERP platforms. Experience with SAP is highly desirable. Exposure to DFL or similar Finance/Digital transformation environments is a plus. Experience working with analytics, automation, or AI-enabled tools such as Power BI, Power Platform, Databricks, Microsoft Copilot, SQL, Python, or similar technologies is highly desirable. Ability to navigate ambiguous and unstructured environments, establish priorities, and bring structure to complex problems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to move from identifying a problem to designing and implementing a practical solution. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions for Finance stakeholders. Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to confidently participate in meetings, presentations, and business discussions with U.S.-based stakeholders.
