The SMB Account Executive (LatAm) is a closing-focused sales role responsible for converting qualified opportunities into new customer revenue with small-business RIA and wealth-management firms in the U.S.

The SMB AE will manage the sales process from qualified opportunities through signed contracts, including discovery, product demos, proposals, objection handling, negotiation, and closing. This is a high-volume, fast-paced sales role, with typical deal sizes of $2.5K–$25K ACV and a strong focus on consistent conversion, pipeline management, and sales velocity.





The idóneo candidate is a proven B2B SaaS closer who is comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously and working with a repeatable sales process. Wealth-management or financial-services experience is a must.

- 5+ years of proven experience closing new-logo SaaS deals for US-based RIA and wealth-management firms.
- SaaS Wealth management or SaaS financial product or services experience is a MUST.
- Strong experience handling multiple deals with short sales cycles
- Able to independently conduct standard product demos.
- Strong discovery, listening, qualification, and value-based selling skills
- Hub Spot or similar CRM, accurate forecasting, and consistent follow-up experience
- Experience preparing proposals, discussing pricing, and protecting deal value.
- Comfortable with changing timelines, stalled prospects, and incomplete information.
- Fast, organized, proactive, and able to keep opportunities moving.
- Native or near-native English level is a MUST
