The Impact You'll Make

At the Danfoss Climate Solutions Apodaca campus in Mexico, you will serve as the Director, HR People Partnering for one of our key manufacturing operations. You and your team of People Partners will enable business performance through talent, leadership, culture, workforce planning, and people strategies that enable sustainable growth.

This role goes beyond traditional HR partnering. You will play a key role in strengthening collaboration across multiple businesses and functions on campus, fostering alignment around shared workforce priorities, employee experience, and operational success.

As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will lead critical people initiatives including labor relations, attrition management, total rewards governance, and organizational transformation. Your ability to connect business needs with people solutions will have a direct impact on employee engagement, productivity, and long-term success.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Partner with campus and business leaders to align people strategies with operational priorities, building a high-performing and collaborative campus culture.

- Lead union relationships and collective bargaining activities, while fostering productive employee relations.

- Drive workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and attrition reduction initiatives to strengthen organizational capability and retention.

- Use people insights and data to identify opportunities, guide decision making, and improve workforce outcomes.





- Coach leaders through organizational change, employee relations matters, and leadership challenges

What We're Looking For

- Significant experience partnering with senior business leaders in a complex manufacturing, industrial, or operational environment.

- Strong expertise in Mexican labor law, union relations, collective bargaining negotiations, and employee relations management.

- Experience leading organizational development, workforce planning, and attrition management initiatives.

- Ability to influence, challenge, and coach leaders while building trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.

- Experience using people data and business insights to inform decisions and drive measurable results.

- Professional fluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
