- Manage the Procure-to-Pay process for indirect materials- Execute procurement processes, including RFP preparation, supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and purchase order management- Respond to client inquiries regarding order status, changes, or cancellations- Manage sourcing activities to procure goods, materials, supplies, and services- Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance, resolving delays, shortages, or quality issues- Prepare and analyze price proposals, financial reports, and procurement data- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive cost-effective procurement solutions- Maintain compliance with company policies and contribute to continuous process improvementsRequirements- University Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience- Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP procurement software or similar ERP systems in a supply chain or procurement environment, including Oracle, Epicor, People Soft, APEX or PRISM- Minimum 3 years of experience managing end-to-end procurement processes, including RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contract oversight- Advanced proficiency in English- Strong communication skills,
