Role PurposeAs Digital IT Site Manager, you will lead the technology function for our Reynosa plant, ensuring reliable day to day IT operations while advancing the site's digital transformation journey.
You will work closely with plant leadership to align technology priorities with business goals, improve operational performance, and accelerate adoption of data, automation, and digital tools across the site.
This is a high impact leadership role that blends operational support, team development, project execution, and long term strategic planning.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the site IT organization and ensure effective support for plant operations, users, and business-critical systemsPartner with plant leadership to define priorities, align technology initiatives with business needs,
