We want you to enjoy working with us.We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to design and deliver technical solutions aligned with business requirements, perform technical assessments, and ensure solutions meet quality and delivery standards.
The role involves collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear communication on requirements and project progress, and contributing to system and process optimization through architecture improvements and re-engineering initiatives.
The analyst will work within an Agile framework, support troubleshooting and issue resolution throughout implementation and operations, and provide post-implementation support to minimize business disruption.
Additionally, the role requires maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team,



and staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve solution delivery.Requirements6+ years of professional experienceExcellent communication skills.Requirements gathering and documentation (functional and non functional)Process modelingData modelingWriting clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteriaUnderstanding of relational databases, SQL, Python (for querying and validation)Data mapping and transformation documentationData Analysis using Excel, SQL tools, or BI platformsAbility to read and interpret system architecture diagrams and technical specificationsUnderstanding of microservices and distributed systems conceptsFamiliarity with ETL processesGitHub or other version control basicsExperience with project management software (e.G., Jira).
