Position SummaryThe Accountant, Cold Jet Latin America is responsible for supporting accounting and administration.
The Accountant will be required to work within the policies and procedures of Cold Jet LLC and in accordance with local regulations.Position ResponsibilitiesSupport month end closing for Mexico in Epicor, including appropriate accruals, journal entries and account reconciliations.Complete AR Invoicing in accordance with local regulations and customer requirements.Issue Complimentary payment CFDI and upload to web portals of customers.Prepare and present Monthly DIOT informative tax file.Complete accounts payable invoice entriesAdminister daily and weekly check runs according to policies and proceduresRecord daily cash receiptsWork with customers and sales team to complete and ensure timely cash collectionsAssist and track the business and financial data analysisSupport regular tax and audit requests as neededReport financial statements to US headquartersPerform general ledger activities as required by corporate accounting officePro-actively and clearly communicate with customers, internal and external,
