Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.Build and maintain trusted relationships with leaders across multiple countries within an assigned region, serving as a strategic People partnerAdvise leaders on people strategies, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent initiatives aligned with business objectivesProvide guidance on team member relations matters, performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations in compliance with local labor laws and company policiesPartner with leaders to execute annual people processes and drive team member engagement, development, and retention initiativesSupport talent management activities including succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development, and performance managementLead and develop a team of People specialists located across multiple countries, providing coaching, guidance, and support to drive consistent service delivery and team performanceEstablish priorities, allocate work,
and foster collaboration across geographically dispersed team members to ensure effective execution of regional People initiatives and business objectivesLead and support change management, organizational design, and business transformation initiatives across the regionEnsure compliance with country-specific employment laws, regulations, labor practices, and collective bargaining agreements while recommending solutions to address business needsAnalyze workforce trends and organizational challenges to develop recommendations that support business performance and the team member experiencePartner with regional and global Centers of Excellence, including Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Team Member Relations, and Talent Management, to deliver effective people solutions and support business objectivesAll you'll need for successMinimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field or equivalent experience/training5 years of human resources experience3 years in handling team member relations2 years staff supervisory/management experience or equivalentFluently read, write, and speak English and SpanishAbility to travel internationally as neededPreferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job ExperienceExperience supporting business operations across multiple countries and diverse cultural environmentsKnowledge of international employment practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirementsExperienced in providing guidance and counsel to executive leadersAbility to speak PortugueseSkills, Licenses, and CertificationsKnowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.Excellent negotiation,
