Accounting is responsible for performing day to day basic accounting procedures in regards to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.Invoice customers for products and services supplied to themAssure accurate and timely month-end closings of accounts payable & accounts receivable modules within the accounting systemPrepare monthly bank reconciliations Collect accounts receivable from customersSet up new vendorsPrepare periodic reconciliations of other general ledger accounts process payments received from customers and other partiesReview and processes transactions between the Company and its vendors, in accordance with Company policies and proceduresWork with Sr.
Cost Accountant and CFO to assure that all accounting procedures are properly documentedKnow the requirementsBachelor's degree on AccountingEntry level 1-3 years of relevant work experienceEnglish proficiency both written and spokenAbility to maintain meticulous records, invoices, debits, and credits, enter Account postingsFinancial analysis tools as Excel, Sage, ERP - SAP on Accounting functionality, etc.
