At MezTal, we're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a centralized recruiting and onboarding function.This role is adecuado for an experienced recruiter who enjoys balancing hands-on recruiting with workflow coordination and operational support.
You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and onboarding teams to help ensure recruiting processes run efficiently and consistently.What you'll do:Support and coordinate full-cycle recruiting, from requisition intake through candidate selection and offer coordinationPartner with hiring managers throughout the hiring processHelp manage recruiting workflows, priorities, and candidate movementSupport recruiters and recruiting team members with day-to-day coordinationCoordinate interviews, candidate communication, and offer-related activitiesSupport onboarding and new hire transition activitiesMonitor recruiting activity, open positions, and hiring progressHelp maintain recruiting process consistency, documentation, and system accuracySupport training and onboarding of new recruiters or recruiting support team membersCollaborate with recruiting resources across different locations and countriesSupport recruiting reports, KPIs, process improvements, and special TA projectsWhat we're looking for:Experience in full-cycle recruiting, Talent Acquisition, HR, or recruiting operationsStrong organizational, coordination,
