The role requires someone who can work closely with business stakeholders, understand and analyze business requirements, independently research and investigate data, and coordinate effectively with the offshore delivery team.The OpportunityWork closely with business stakeholders to understand business needs, requirements, issues, and analytical use casesTranslate business requirements into clear functional and data requirements for the delivery teamCoordinate effectively with the offshore team and support them with requirement clarification and functional guidanceIndependently research, investigate, and analyze data to answer business questions and validate requirementsPerform hands-on data analysis using Snowflake and SQLUnderstand data relationships, identify data issues/gaps, and support the team in determining appropriate solutionsWork across business and technical teams and act as a bridge between stakeholders and the offshore delivery teamTake ownership of analysis and follow-through rather than depending entirely on engineering resources for data investigationLeverage AI tools, where appropriate, to improve analysis, research,



and delivery productivityThis position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position.
Other relevant essential functions may be required.What You NeedStrong Business Analysis capabilitiesStrong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesHands-on SQL experienceWorking knowledge/experience with SnowflakeAbility to independently research and analyze dataExperience coordinating with distributed/offshore delivery teamsAbility to communicate effectively between business and technical stakeholdersAbility to work with limited supervision and take ownership of assigned areasPreferred / Added Advantage:Experience with AI tools or AI-enabled solutions for analysis and productivityExperience working in data and analytics programsUnderstanding of financial/data domains such as valuations, forecasting, or financeAbility to quickly understand existing business processes, datasets, and applicationsBenefitsEmployees receive mandatory and non-mandatory benefits such as fourteen (14) days of vacation beginning on the date of hire, vacation premium, ten (10) paid holidays, a Christmas Bonus of thirty (30) days' pay, Monthly Food Vouchers, Saving Fund, and health insurance.
