- Lead industrial construction projects- Take on a high-responsibility roleJob Description- Supervise and coordinate construction activities across industrial projects.
- Ensure compliance with project schedules and established quality standards.
- Manage the human and material resources required for project execution.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure efficient project execution.
- Prepare and provide regular progress reports.

you should meet the following requirements:- Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree related to Construction, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Previous experience supervising industrial construction projects.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.
- Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple activities.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
