Job Description:

Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, guaranteeing compliance with Mexican labor, tax, and social security regulations, adhering to internal policies, financial and governance controls.

What are we looking for?

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- + 3 years of payroll processing experience in Mexico.
- Experience handling payroll for 1,000 employees.
- Experience with payroll systems (preferably SAP, Workday, Workforce).

What will be your key responsibilities?

- Manage accurate weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing.
- Execute special payroll calculations, including Christmas bonus, vacation premium, and PTU.
- Validate all payroll inputs, including hires, terminations, salary changes, leaves, bonuses, commissions, and overtime.
- Calculate and approve severance and termination settlements in compliance with Mexican Labor Law.
- Ensure IMSS and INFONAVIT compliance, including contributions, reconciliations,



employee movements, and reporting.
- Manage ISR and ISN tax obligations, including calculations, reconciliations, filings, and payments.
- Execute internal controls (ICE) and support internal, external, and government audits.
- Manage payroll accounting, reconciliations, accruals, variance analysis, and closing activities.
- Provide timely and high-quality employee support for payroll-related inquiries, payments, deductions, and pay slips.
- Drive process improvement, automation, standardization, and documentation to reduce manual work, errors, and rework.
