Responsibilities

- Product strategy and product management for key capabilities
- Development of new capabilities and solutions based on market demand
- P&L; Management (reporting and analyzing financials to ensure goals are being met) with focus on fee growth
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications

- 0-2 years relevant experience
- Demonstrated business management (P&L;), analytical, communication and client facing skills
- Proven organizational skills
- Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to present internally and externally to senior executives
- Capacity to proactively anticipate, identify and resolve problems
- Strategy oriented with ability to prioritize
- Desire to drive projects

- Bachelor’s/University degree
