Job Description

Principal Activities

- Coordinate all Import/ Export Operations Internal & External.
- Management of the Annex 24, Annex 22, Annex 30
- Imports and Exports. (Raw material, Machinery and equipment, MRO’S, Chemicals, Finished goods, Reworks)
- Invoicing
- Day to day management of customs activities related to the implemented programs (Seals, plates, etc)
- Shipping Data Processing
- Customs documents audit and validation.
- Maintenance and enhancement of processes and procedures on operations activities.
- Training of customs related operational personnel.
- Day to day management of multiple customs optimization programs.
- Responsible for customs auditing
- Coordination of regulatory compliance in customs with other internal responsible parties
- Supervise work of assistants/clerks/coordinators.
- Ensure the quality (accuracy, completeness) of customs data.
- Support the efforts of the compliance area
- Customs Brokers Coordination
- Assets management layouts IC S.
- Staff administration
