Flex is seeking a Sr Director, Operations to lead advanced and electronic assembly operations in Guadalajara North, Campus. You will report to the VP Operations and shape strategic plans across manufacturing, planning, test, maintenance and logistics.
The adecuado candidate holds a BA/BS/MBA or equivalent, has deep manufacturing experience, and proven success with New Product Introduction, process characterization and cost control. Fluent English and strong leadership are essential.
