We're Hiring: Plant Manager – Ensenada, Mexico Location: Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico — On-Site IMPORTANT: Candidates MUST be willing to relocate to Ensenada, Mexico. Fortune Fashions Baja / Mad Engine Integral is looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead our high-volume manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on screen printing, production performance, capacity, quality, cost, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead end-to-end plant & screen-printing operations
- Drive safety, quality, productivity, capacity & on-time delivery
- Lead Production, Warehouse & Trims teams
- Improve operational efficiency through Lean & continuous improvement
- Manage KPIs, labor, equipment utilization, inventory & manufacturing costs
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges

We’re Looking For:

- 5–8+ years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience
- Leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing




- High-volume screen printing experience strongly preferred
- Strong production & capacity planning and KPI management expertise
- Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma experience preferred
- English/Spanish bilingual skills required

RELOCATION REQUIREMENT: This position is 100% on-site in Ensenada, Mexico. Candidates must be willing and able to relocate to Ensenada for this opportunity.
