Motive is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer - GTM to join a general analytics team and own data pipelines for sales analytics, headcount planning, quota attainment, and pipeline metrics. You’ll ensure a single source of truth and partner with GTM, sales, and finance to translate business needs into scalable data products.
