Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Elixir, Phoenix) at Baires Dev

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Elixir, Phoenix), you will design and develop highly concurrent, scalable full-stack applications. You will merge high-performance backend systems with reactive frontend layers to deliver seamless, reliable, and enterprise-grade user experiences.

What You'll Do Architect and maintain robust web applications utilizing Elixir and the Phoenix framework. Design highly concurrent, fault-tolerant backend services leveraging OTP principles. Build, optimize, and integrate scalable REST and Graph QL APIs to support front-end applications. Implement comprehensive testing, observability patterns,



and monitoring to ensure platform reliability. Manage database interactions and deploy services seamlessly to cloud-based infrastructures. What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Full-Stack Development, or a related field. Proven expertise in Elixir and the Phoenix framework. Strong understanding of OTP and designing concurrent, fault-tolerant systems. Deep experience developing and integrating REST and Graph QL APIs.
