Support the development, implementation, and execution of Creator Marketing strategies (paid and earned
influencers) across LATAM for Mattel portfolio. Partner with cross-functional teams, agency partners, and local
markets across Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Peru, and Colombia to deliver integrated creator campaigns that drive
brand awareness, consumer engagement, and business growth. Coordinate campaign execution, creator
management, budget tracking, reporting, and performance analysis while ensuring alignment with regional and
global business objectives
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement influencer marketing strategies (paid and organic) aligned with business goals in the region.
- Manage and optimize the influencer and sample budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Analyze campaign performance (views, awareness, engagement, conversion) and provide reports with actionable insights.
- Adapt integral strategies to fit the regional LATAM context.
- Select, coordinate, and manage agencies, vendors, and key influencers.
- Monitor digital trends and consumer behavior to identify innovative opportunities.
- Contribute to the annual digital marketing strategic planning for brands and corporate projects.
