You'll Support Meaningful Work By:

- Designing and maintaining transportation dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Creating and enhancing data pipelines and reporting processes.
- Analyzing transportation and logistics data.
- Partnering with transportation leadership and stakeholders.
- Developing self-service analytics tools and automations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams.




- Driving process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience developing business intelligence solutions.
- Advanced analytical skills.
- Transportation or supply chain data experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Experience with Tableau.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Availability to travel to the United States.

Desired Skills and Experience

- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Experience with Databricks or Azure.
- Transportation cost management experience.
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma.
- Experience managing analytics projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.

Work Arrangement

This position is based in Monterrey and follows a hybrid work arrangement. Employees may work a schedule of four days onsite each week, based on team recommendations and business needs.
