We are looking for a HR Supervisor professional to join our Littelfuse team in the Altiplano Potosino region, San Luis Potosí.

In this role, you will act as a coach and strategic partner to the leadership team, supporting employee relations, talent management initiatives, internal communication, employee engagement, and the deployment of our culture and values across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership on employee relations and HR matters.

• Implement and standardize internal communication initiatives.

• Support the deployment and compliance of Talent Management policies.

• Drive employee recognition and engagement strategies.

• Support workplace climate and employee engagement initiatives.

• Supervise assigned personnel and support development plans.

• Manage employee terminations in accordance with company policies.

• Follow up on NAVEX cases and ensure timely closure.

• Monitor compliance with Internal Work Regulations and applicable labor legislation.

• Support labor-related legal matters and interactions with labor authorities.

• Promote Compliance policies and the Littelfuse Code of Conduct.
