You’ll join a data-driven digital advertising and retention marketing firm specializing in profitable growth for B2B and B2C partners — from high-growth startups to Fortune 500 brands. With over $1B in trackable revenue generated, this agency combines creativity, performance, and deep eCommerce experience to scale paid media across Meta, TikTok, Google, and beyond.

We’re looking for a Performance Designer with a strong creative instinct and a real understanding of how visual assets convert in paid media. You’ll balance art direction with performance data, producing creative that earns its place in an ad account. A portfolio with samples of your paid ads work is required.

What You'll Do

- Design graphics and visual assets for paid social and direct response ads.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams on creative concepts, from first brief through final asset.
- Research brands, competitors and category trends to fuel inspiration and sharpen creative direction.




- Interpret performance data and iterate on creative accordingly — what converts matters as much as what looks good.
- Spot problems early and bring solutions, rather than waiting to be told what needs fixing.

What You Bring

- A portfolio with samples of paid ads. This one is non-negotiable.
- 4+ years creating paid social and direct response ads.
- Agency experience, with strong collaboration skills.
- The ability to interpret data and proactively solve problems.
- Creative problem-solving and strong communication skills.
- AI-forward thinking — you already use AI tools to work faster and better, and you’re curious about what comes next.
- Availability Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT.

Salary & Perks
