Position Specifics:

Title: Director of Marketing

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Regional Vice President

Purpose:

Sydenstricker Nobbe Partners, Inc., a family-owned John Deere dealership group based in Missouri, Illinois, New York, and Pennsylvania is looking for a full-time Marketing Director based in Columbia Mo, or the St Louis metro area. This position is responsible for delivering upon SNP’s marketing strategy in a manner that produces tangible business results. An understanding of agriculture is a plus.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategy in alignment with business needs.
- Manage marketing budget with a keen business sense in delivering ROI.
- Maintain SNP brand standards in alignment with John Deere’s brand standards.
- Implement and execute digital customer lead generation strategy.
- Partner closely with sales and service leads to ensure marketing strategy is delivering desired results.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure external firms are in alignment with SNP’s marketing strategy.




- Partner with SNP’s product team to ensure pricing, promotions and overall strategy are in alignment with marketing efforts.
- Ensure content creation is timely and adheres to SNP brand standards.
- Any additional duties assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

- Bachelor degree with focus in Marketing, Communications and Web Content Management or relevant experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in strategic marketing operations.
- Experience presenting to large groups in a business setting.
- Strong communications, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work within a goal-oriented team and to complete multiple projects in a timely and accurate manner.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong experience with social media tools and online analytics.
- Good communication skills with employees and customers.
- Ability to lead through influence.
