As an Oracle EPM - Planning - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle software solutions effectively

Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle applications

Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills

Anticipating the needs of teams and clients to deliver quality solutions

Utilizing critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate insights

Developing a deeper understanding of business context and adapting to changes

Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for strategic objectives

What You Must Have

At least a Bachelor's degree

At least 3 years of experience

Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
