The role is based in Polanco, Mexico City ( hybrid role ). Support the resolution of customer complaints and service issues by partnering with internal stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and commercial teams.

Support process improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or a related field.
~+2 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management,



Supply Chain, Logistics or a related function.
~ Intermediate to advanced English proficiency , both written and verbal.
~ Strong customer service orientation and commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel.

~ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and integral teams.

Knowledge of the Health & Biosciences , biotechnology, food ingredients, healthcare or related industries.

Exposure to customer service or order management processes within a multinational environment.
