Please note : only candidates with property management experience will be considered . We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Maintenance Coordinator. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and efficient maintenance process that enhances the experience for both property owners and tenants.

The idóneo candidate will have proven experience in maintenance coordination and property management, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Maintenance Process Management
Communicate effectively with vendors, property owners, and tenants via phone and email
Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to established timelines
Schedule and facilitate inspections and semi-annual property surveys
Qualify incoming work orders through exploratory questions and basic troubleshooting





Ensure alignment with company procedures and property management best practices

Several years of prior experience handling maintenance requests is a MUST.
Solid knowledge of property management or maintenance coordination.
Experience with property management software (e.g., Ability to interpret maintenance scopes, estimates, and invoices.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills with tenants, vendors, owners, and internal staff.

Solid troubleshooting skills for common maintenance issues.

FT: Monday to Friday

Pay: $10 - $13 per hour (Based on experience)
