Job Title: Senior Associate – One Stream

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) working with One Stream in a finance or technical capacity.
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes.
- Proficient in SQL, XBRL, and financial data modeling within One Stream.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience with other FP&A; or EPM tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- One Stream XF certification or equivalent training.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate with expertise in One Stream to join our finance and technology team. The adecuado candidate will play a key role in supporting and optimizing our financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes using the One Stream platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain One Stream solutions to support financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within One Stream.
- Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and resolve system issues to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes by optimizing system workflows and generating financial reports.
- Assist in the implementation of One Stream upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Develop documentation and training materials to support end-users and stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and user experience.
- Stay up to date with One Stream best practices, features, and industry trends.
