About the role

We are looking for a Mid-Senior Azure PaaS Developer to join the technology team of a leading multinational company in Mexico. In this role you will design, build and scale cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure PaaS capabilities, while bridging multi-cloud and advanced AI ecosystems. Operating at a mid-senior level, you will play a key technical role in driving global program delivery, working closely with cross-functional and distributed engineering teams across the US, Mexico and India.

Key responsibilities

- Cloud application development: design, develop and maintain robust microservices and web applications using C# (.NET Core / .NET 6+) and the full range of Azure PaaS services (App Services, Azure Functions, Container Apps, Service Bus).
- AI innovation & Copilot integration: drive the development and extension of enterprise capabilities on top of core platforms, including Microsoft Copilot and custom AI solutions.
- Global agentic & multi-cloud collaboration: work with Python-based AI components and integral agentic frameworks hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring seamless integration with the core cloud architecture.
- Global program delivery: collaborate with development, product and architecture teams across multiple time zones (US, Mexico and India) to align on delivery milestones and integration strategies.
- Version control & DevOps: use GitHub for enterprise version control and collaborative code reviews,



and automate CI/CD workflows with GitHub Actions.
- Data solutions & management: architect and optimize relational and NoSQL data solutions using Microsoft SQL Server and Azure Cosmos DB.
- Process improvement: continuously refine solutions and boost delivery efficiency.

Requirements

- 5–8 years of professional software development experience, including at least 4 years focused on Microsoft Azure cloud services (PaaS).
- Expert proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub, including advanced branching strategies, pull request workflows and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
- Strong expertise in data modeling with Microsoft SQL Server and Azure Cosmos DB.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot development / extensibility and cloud core frameworks.
- Familiarity with Python and GCP-based architectures supporting global agentic baselines.
- Proven experience working in distributed, multicultural and cross-geography teams across the Americas and APAC/India.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Availability to work under a hybrid scheme in Mexico City.
