Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 MXN gross per month.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our production line operations in Mexico. This is a hands-on, floor-based role for someone who knows how to keep production running smoothly, meet delivery deadlines, manage a team, and drive continuous improvement. What You Will Do

1. Plan and control production

- Schedule production based on customer orders.
- Monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery.
- Handle rush orders and urgent situations.

1. Be present on the production floor

- Supervise presente line operations (this is not an office-only role).
- Solve on-site issues: equipment breakdowns, staff shortages, quality problems.

1. Improve efficiency and reduce waste

- Apply 5S and visual management.
- Improve productivity and reduce losses.
- Optimize processes (efficiency / loss reduction).
- Support continuous improvement (lean, cost reduction, efficiency gains).

1. Lead and manage a team (20–50+ people)

- Scheduling, attendance, performance reviews.
- Train new employees and develop team skills.

1. Quality and systems

- Work with ISO 9001 quality management system.




- Maintain production records and traceability.
- Nice to have: BRCGS and HACCP knowledge.

1. Equipment and safety

- Operate and perform basic maintenance on production equipment.
- Prevent and respond to accidents.

1. Analyze production data

- Understand output, yield, losses, OEE, etc.
- Use Excel for basic analysis.

1. Communicate and coordinate

- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

What We Are Looking For

- Language: Advanced English
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, preferably mechanical or food processing.
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- Real production line operations.
- Production scheduling, progress control, on-time delivery, rush orders.
- 5S and visual management.
- Team management of 20–50+ people.
- ISO 9001; BRCGS and HACCP are a plus.
- Equipment operation and basic maintenance.
- Production data analysis (Excel).
- Continuous improvement (lean, cost reduction).

Nice to Have (Big Plus)

- Pet food or food industry background.
- Export factory experience (US/Canada).
- Familiarity with customer audits (Costco, FDA, etc.).
