GENERAL FUNCTION

The FCC Agent is the first point of contact for Essilor Luxottica's customers, suppliers and employees to provide them

with resolutions related with finance situations in the Accounts Payable and Receivable departments. For the

Accounts Payable area some of the cases are related to payment status requests, past due invoices, and update

supplier's information in the system. In the Accounts Receivable area, the main topics are question regarding billing

inquiries, statement questions, invoice copies request the update of customer's information as well in the system.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain updated knowledge of all company finance processes and services to provide adequate information to

customers and vendors.

• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries relate4d with finance situations.

• Promptly respond to customers and vendors questions submitted via email-salesforce-HAD.

• Provide information and instructions about finance processes and services (AP &AR;)





• Field incoming phone calls and respond to pone messages from customers and vendors.

• Handles customers and vendors complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;

follow up to ensure resolution.

• Provide assistance to other Essilor departments though the correct channeling of information once the needs

have been identified.

• Develop strategies that contribute to the reduction of the cases received, though efficiency at the time of

problem resolution.

• Submits request to other finance departments to attend the matter in question.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, international business finance or accounting (Desired)

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

• Customer Service acquaintance.

• Oracle, SAP, Cisco Finesse and Cisco Calibration experience

• Proficient in Microsoft tools

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Customer services experience is a must.
