MECHANICAL ENGINEER Position Overview We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with 3+ years of professional experience who is interested in continuing to develop their career while working onsite in the United States. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in mechanical engineering, hands-on problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to new environments, technologies, equipment, and processes. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities may vary depending on the project and assigned area, but may include: Support the installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of mechanical systems and equipment. Analyze mechanical problems and identify practical and effective solutions. Review technical drawings, specifications, manuals, and engineering documentation. Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Assist with equipment inspections, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, safety, and performance. Work closely with engineering, maintenance, operations, production, and other technical teams. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, procedures, and records. Learn new equipment, technologies, processes, and systems as required by the project. Follow applicable safety procedures, engineering standards, and client requirements. Take ownership of assigned activities and independently research solutions when necessary. Required Qualifications ~ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. ~3+ years of professional experience in mechanical engineering or related technical functions.



~ Good conversational English with the ability to communicate in a professional work environment. ~ Practical experience working with mechanical equipment, systems, maintenance, manufacturing, industrial operations, projects, or similar engineering environments. ~ Ability to read and understand technical drawings, manuals, specifications, and engineering documentation. ~ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. ~ Strong willingness to learn new technologies, equipment, and processes. ~ Self-directed and proactive approach to learning and problem solving. ~ Willingness and availability to relocate and work onsite in El Paso, Texas.
