We're a growing CPA / performance-marketing agency based in Mexico City. We've moved past our early stage — steady client base, healthy inbound — and now we're building a repeatable We're looking for a Business Development Representative to own the top of our funnel: find the right prospects, open conversations, and book qualified meetings. Run outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and calls to a curated target list • Qualify inbound leads and route the good ones into booked meetings • Book qualified discovery calls for the founder to close • Keep the CRM clean and current — every contact, deal,



and stage logged • Fluent English (client-facing with US / international clients); native or fluent Spanish • Discipline with CRM and data — you keep your pipeline tidy without being told • 1+ year in outreach, sales, partnerships, or a comparable people-facing role (influencer or Experience at an agency, in B2B sales, or in CPA / affiliate / performance marketing • Familiarity with a CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive) and outreach tooling • Location: Mexico City, remote / hybrid, with hours overlapping US time zones • Competitive base + uncapped commission (per qualified meeting + closed-deal bonus)• 10 qualified meetings booked per month (ramping ~4 → 7 → 10 over the first three months)• CRM 100% clean and current •
