This is a full-time, 100% on-site role requiring advanced English proficiency (C1) and at least 6 months of experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar field.Position: SchedulerLocation: Mexico (On-Site)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 am – 3:00 pm (to change to 7:00 am – 4:00 pm in November, Central Mexico Time)Experience Level: Minimum 6 months in Customer Service, Tech Support, or related rolesLanguage Requirement: Advanced English (C1)Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate service appointments and manage daily scheduling for caregivers.- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring a seamless customer experience.- Respond promptly and courteously to client calls and inquiries.- Work closely with associates and the Office Manager, acting as a liaison to evaluate and improve service.- Assist with sales, marketing, public relations,
