Job Description

Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and company quality standards.
Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
Plan and lead internal system, process, and product audits, ensuring timely closure of findings.
Support customer, certification body, and corporate audits.
Standardize and manage quality procedures, processes, and documentation across the plant.
Coach and support process owners in the implementation and maintenance of QMS requirements.
Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement activities.
Lead structured problem-solving activities and root cause analysis.
Deliver training and guidance on quality methods, standards, and tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
Intermediate English
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry




Conducting quality audits and supporting external audits

Knowledge: IATF 16949, Quality Management Systems, and customer-specific requirements (Strong)
In Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)

Skills: Analytical
Problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications: IATF 16949 Internal Auditor Certification.
VDA 6.3 Process Auditor Certification.
Experience in electronics manufacturing processes.
