You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
Designing and maintaining transportation dashboards and reporting solutions.
Creating and enhancing data pipelines and reporting processes.
Analyzing transportation and logistics data.
Partnering with transportation leadership and stakeholders.
Developing self-service analytics tools and automations.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Driving process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of relevant experience.
Experience developing business intelligence solutions.
Advanced analytical skills.
Transportation or supply chain data experience.
Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.




Experience with Tableau.
Advanced Excel skills.
Advanced English communication skills.
Availability to travel to the United States.
Desired Skills and Experience
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
Experience with Databricks or Azure.
Transportation cost management experience.
Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma.
Experience managing analytics projects.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Work Arrangement
This position is based in Monterrey and follows a hybrid work arrangement. Employees may work a schedule of four days onsite each week, based on team recommendations and business needs.
