Siemens Energy in Querétaro seeks a Laboratory Supervisor to lead the Test Field operations for high‑voltage switchgear testing. You will supervise daily activities, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate across engineering, maintenance, and production teams to meet customer requirements in Mexico, the US, and Europe.
You will drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma, mentor staff, and support training and development. This role reports to the Head of EQS at the factory.
