Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Aftermarket team. This role will involve supporting customers with inquiries related to our seating products, managing aftermarket orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The adecuado candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing timely and accurate information regarding aftermarket products and services.
Order Management: Process and manage aftermarket orders, including order entry, tracking, and follow-up to ensure on-time delivery.
Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues, working closely with internal teams to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s seating products and aftermarket offerings to provide expert advice and support to customers.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and issues in the company’s CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, logistics, and technical support teams to ensure smooth processing of aftermarket requests.
Customer Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, focusing on long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the customer service function and suggest enhancements.
Qualifications Education: College degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.




Experience with aftermarket services is a plus.
English: Proficient.
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Attributes: Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
