We are currently seeking a Project Program Management Advisor to join our team in Apodaca, Nuevo León (MX-NLE), Mexico (MX).
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale site migration, separation, and new facility buildout project in Monterrey, Mexico. This role will be responsible for driving the end‑to‑end delivery of the program, coordinating multiple infrastructure, application, facilities, and business workstreams to ensure a successful transition to a new operational site.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of site migration, relocation, and new site build activities.

Manage cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate multiple IT infrastructure and application workstreams, including network, end‑user computing (EUC), data center, and application deployments.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and governance processes.

Drive migration, cutover, operational readiness, and stabilization activities.

Provide onsite leadership to ensure timely issue resolution, alignment across teams, and successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

9+ years of Project or Program Management experience.

Proven experience leading site migrations, site separations, facility relocations, or new site build initiatives.

Experience managing enterprise infrastructure and application deployment projects.

Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, budgeting, dependency tracking, and stakeholder management.

Experience coordinating vendors and cross‑functional teams in complex environments.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work onsite in Monterrey, Mexico.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification.

Experience with large‑scale enterprise transformation programs.

Background in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Manufacturing, or other regulated industries.

Experience supporting integral organizations and distributed teams.

Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency.

Nice to Have

Site migration and cutover planning expertise.

IT Infrastructure Project Management experience.

Knowledge of Network Infrastructure, EUC, Data Center/Hosting Infrastructure, and Application Migration.

Experience with operational readiness and post‑migration stabilization activities.

**Detailed Description**
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
+ Interfaces with Business Office, Production, Procurement, Planning and customers to compile, develop, validate, and communicate production/shipments plans that support overall business goals.
+ Identifies business process enhancements and participates in their design and implementation.
+ Participates in Master Planning review and procurement actions from MRP process.
+ Coordinates with planning on customer requirements, changes, in order to assess costs and actual feasibility.
+ Supports new product introduction.
+ In coordination with Business Office, negotiates with customer on behalf of SCM on any materials management related activity such as schedules, costs and Engineering Change implementation.
+ Provides customer with technology information, supplier capabilities, and market trends to compliment SCM activities.
+ Reviews all terms and conditions agreed to in the Celestica/Customer contract to assess SCM's ability to meet these requirements.
+ Partners with Business Office in negotiating Terms and Conditions in relation to SCM activities with customer.
+ Identify Celestica's SCM new product process requirements to the customer, and ensure all information is received and SCM processes initiated effectively.
+ Coordinates Bill of Material analysis.
+ Reviews content, lead time constraints, critical parts supply and component reliability issues.
+ Ensures alternate source capability to maintain supply continuity and verify that customer costs can be supported.
+ Materials bid management.
+ Reviews and submits all customer material bid requests.
+ Resolves any issues with customer, internal team.
