What you'll do
Define the end-to-end hiring process
Coordinate payroll in MX and US (with external accountants)
Benefits, contracts, labor compliance
Office ops and team events
What we're looking for
3+ years in People Ops or COO/chief of staff at a startup
Know Mexican labor law
Professional English to coordinate with US
Operator, not consultant
