Position Summary
The Materials Planning Analyst is responsible for ensuring material availability while meeting inventory, cost, and service level objectives to support internal and external customer demand.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and procure materials to support customer and production requirements.

Maintain planning master data and ensure ERP data accuracy.

Develop demand forecasts and support the S&OP; process.

Manage backorders, purchase orders, and special procurement requests.

Support import/export and intercompany purchasing activities.

Coordinate material status updates with Production, Sales, and Finance teams.

Track and analyze supply chain KPIs, including Fill Rate, OTIF, Inventory Days, and Forecast Accuracy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

3+ years of experience in materials planning, purchasing, and inventory control.

Advanced SAP MM experience (required).

Advanced Excel skills.

Advanced English proficiency.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
