Descripción

Support pre-sales technical activities by working closely with Sales teams and prospects to understand client needs and propose fraud and identity solutions

Develop and deliver compelling presentations and solution proposals tailored to client requirements across multiple industries

Provide technical and functional expertise during client meetings, addressing questions and ensuring a strong understanding of the offering

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to design and position solutions that drive business outcomes

Build and maintain strong client relationships,



ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

Contribute to revenue growth by supporting consultative sales efforts and strengthening client engagement strategies

Perfil buscado

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related field

Advanced English level (professional working proficiency)

Experience in technology pre-sales across multiple industries, including technology sales, digital products, identity management solutions, and fraud prevention solutions.

Experience in industries such as financial services, telecommunications, public sector, insurance, or retail

Strong client-facing experience with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and persuasive manner
